Wake up at Tahajjud time, do wadu (ablution). Pray 4 rakat nafil hajjat in such a way that, in first rakat after surah Fatiha. Recite Surah Ikhlas 50 times, in second rakat after surah Fatiha recite " la hawla wala quwwata illa billahil aliyyil azim" , 50 times. In third rakat after surah Fatiha recite " astaghfirullah rabbi min kulli zambiyon wa atoobu ilaiyh", 50 times. In fourth rata after surah Fatiha, recite Darood Ibrahimi 50 times.
